Eating in the a.m. is easy! (p.m. is difficult :-(

it's easy to keep my calories in check in the earlier part of the day. as evening comes, i find myself wanting popcorn and 'stuff.' any ideas are greatly appreciated!

    Try eating Fruits---Apples,Pineapples or Papayas---these fill you up with very few calories.Also a nice bowl of home made Soup---my favourite snack for the 6p.m.-7p.m. slot!!! emoticon

    Popcorn is not a bad snack for the evening at all. Make sure you've saved some calories - 100 is enough ... and then buy the mini bags so you don't end up wasting anything. Portion it out for yourself so you're not likely to over-eat... and enjoy.
(Just off the top of my head.. if I think of some other snacks, I'll get back to you.)
