-I am thankful for my mom's delicious and healthy cooking- she is trying and she made me feel great!
-I am thankful for a rigorous, grueling and cool kickboxing workout (different instructor).
-I am thankful for the muscles - thanks to the new instructor- that I didn't know I had- even if they hurt!
-I am thankful that I can now hold plank for over 60 seconds- I couldn't even hold 20 seconds when I started!
-I am thankful for my mom's massage for the muscles that are sore after the ferocious kickboxing class! HA!
-I am thankful for my Dresden File books to bring me to NeverNever full of the tricky fae, loup garous and other Wizardry! Ahhhhhhh.
-I am thankful for my boyz- my youth I used to work with- who reach out and are not afraid to say, "Ms. Jenn, Hey thank you for being so tough on me yet liking me. I am i-ight because of you." That made my year.
-I am thankful this particular youth is headed to COLLEGE & not the easier route for him of incarceration or death.
-I am thankful for SP for keeping me accountable.
-I am thankful for a really cool presentation today that I pulled out of my a$$ for 60 college freshmen.
A lot to say thanks for today.....(deep breathe!)
-I am thankful for my husband (throat clearing HUSBAND hee hee) for taking a double shift even if it means working 18 hours straight- and still making me laugh on the phone.
-I am thankful he keeps wanting to evolve and change and take the journey with me- even after 13 years and lots of internal make-overs. He puts up with my hyperactive brain, heart and need to constantly change- move and restart.
-I am thankful for my brother for finally getting a darn apartment and leaving my parents alone- again- and getting on his darn two feet- or at least letting his roomate worry about him! LOL
-I am thankful for the use and workings of my legs, heart, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, knees, feet, tummy, poon, wrists, throat, eyes, ears and third eye.
-I am thankful for the cool Empire State Building view outside my window (in the distance)....
-I am thankful for the college students I work with who make my job THAT much more enjoyable, breathable, laughable, easier and REAL.
