Well here I am, again. Ready to do this, again. Ready to commit to exercise, again. Ready to stay active, not eat all the time, again.
Ready to make goals, but this time not just for weight loss. I want to make goals for me...personally and professionally. I want to knit two shawls and a sweater and crochet an afghan this summer. I want to challenge myself to play the piano each day and complete certain songs or books by specific deadlines. I want to clean my hous, I mean de-clutter and scrub. I want to find a new job...or do I want to go back to school...or both? All three of those options scare me to death.
If there is one thing I can say about my six week "Spark Break" it is that I have not gained, I even lost tow or three pounds and my clothes fit so much better. But now, it is back to being accountable and it needs to start now. Eat within reason, stopping when I feel satisfied, not stuffed. Get up and move...at least walking but I also need to get my bike in shape to use. Use those DVD's I have collected from second hand stores. Play with the kitties, they need exercise too.
Okay, those are my goals and guidelines for the summer, but they start now. Anyone out there, please feel free to give me a good kick in the butt to do this!
