I can not seem to get back on track , I had to take off a few weeks while I was moving into the condo and I can not get back on track. I have gained 7 lbs and they way I am going I will be back to square one. I just ate 2 packs of Nutty Bars (There is about 700 calories !!!) I just do not seem to have the motivation to get back on track even though I really want too. I do not know what to do. I snack all night when my hubby is out of town (he is gone 3 weeks at a time) I really do not have any friends to call or family to hang out with because they are all busy with their lives and really do not have time for me. I really want to get back on track and lose more weight instead of slowly gain back what I have worked so hard to lose so far !!!

I had to take last week off of my diet and this week because we are moving into our new condo and I have not had the time to carefully plan out my menu and keep on the diet. Been way to much eating out because we are too tired for anything else !! Hopefully I will be back on track next week. Talk to you guys then !!

Well I finally did it. I got back into exercising, I have already walked 2 hours on the treadmill this week (a hour Tuesday, a hour Wednesday), done 30 minutes of pilates, and used the weight room and done my floor exercises and I am BACK ON TRACK. I lost the last 2 lbs FINALLY of what I gained back. Pretty stressful time right now because my grandma is pretty sick, they think she has a tumor in her lung and we are waiting for her dr appt Friday to see what we can find out. But yet I have stuck to my exercising. I am very proud of myself right now and I hope I continue on the path I am on now !!

Trying to get back on the saddle

I worked out hard yesterday - did 50 minutes on the treadmill (Burned 311 calories, and walked 2 1/5 miles) I am TRYING to get back to doing what I need to do to get this weight off me. I was doing so good, now not so much. I love to snack at night which is a big problem. My husband is gone 3 out of 6 weeks and it is just me in the house so I tend to get bored and snack. Atleast it is healthy snacks now but last night for instance from the time I got home at 6:30 until 11:30 I had a apple, a 90 calorie snack pack, a 90 calorie bar and a 90 calorie bag of popcorn. I know I need to stop after one snack but it seems impossible to do that lately !!!

I hope everyone is doing great on there diets !!!

    I know exactly how it is. My husband is gone at night and I get really bored and lonely. What I've started to do is exercise in the evening instead of the morning. It helps me not eat later. I eat throughout the day every three hours to make sure I have all the calories I need for the day. After I workout & shower, I might have a yogurt or something with a little protein. Then I find I'm good for the night. If I get really bored I tend to eat, so I also will jump on the computer or do something that occupies my time until I have to go to sleep if I can't go to sleep right away or I find myself thinking about food.

    Hey girl i know its hard..and with husband gone and you have a lot of time .. but you can do this.. frist exercise has to be a habit.. so try.,. to do 30 mins every day.. and do your strength training..(weights) it really helps. Also.. when you feel bored and want to eat, especially after 6.. get online and air out on a blog or get a buddy you can contact on the site and tell her how you feel or read.. do something so you dont head for kitchen.. Keep postive that you cna over come and not eat just to eat.. I know you Can Do this!!!

I ordered some size 16 pants from New York and Company and they came in the mail today. They all Fit!! Matter of fact I am wearing a pair to work right now. Some of them are alittle tight but not too bad. I just need to bust my butt and get back on this diet hard core so I can get down to a size 12 which is my goal (I am 5 ft 8 and broad so I do not think I would want to get any smaller then that)
