When I was a teen I nearly drowned and my Aunt had to leave me alone until I stopped fighting her. She said I dragged her under the water seven times; nearly drowning her. I was not saved, I did not know JESUS as my savior, I was not born again, and I was never so afraid in my life. I was in terror!!! I saw my life pass before me in vivid color; every motive of my heart could be seen and felt deeply. I knew I was lost and I was going to hell. I knew I was in his presence. He says if you make your bed in hell behold He is there (Psalms 139:8).
My Aunt was able to get me out after my body lay motionless in the water and God allowed me to live . I had felt I was too bad; to get saved from Hell! I was so wrong! Jesus love is deeper and wider than the universe. We are warned by God; to take care of this eternal matter before we die! He went to the cross for you and me; we must go to the alter of repentance and change.
Now I know my Lord loves me! I am ready to meet HIM!I have faced some close calls with death since then, but I never have had the terror again. I know know my LORD and Savior JESUS CHRIST! By his mercy and grace I am here and not in Hell! I love His word! I love his creation! I love fellowship with HIM! He is LOVE, LORD, Master, Joy, friend, Life, light, and KING. I had heard the gospel message and did not heed the warning, don't let this happen to you! Read the verse below and Visit my Spark page! E-mail me anytime! I care! Jenny712
16“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." K.J.V.
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. K.J.V.
1 Corinthians 5:9 10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things [done] in [his] body, according to that he hath done, whether [it be] good or bad.11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
Isaiah 1:18 18Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. 19If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: 20But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. 16For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. K.J.V. In public domain
