Psalms 146: 1 Praise the Lord.[a]
Praise the Lord, my soul.
2 I will praise the Lord all my life;
I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.
3 Do not put your trust in princes,
in human beings, who cannot save. N.I.V.
Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. N.I.V.
Colossians 2:6 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, 7 rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. N.I.V.
Psalms 69:30 I will praise God’s name in song
and glorify him with thanksgiving. N.I.V.
Ephesians 5:19 19 speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, 20 always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. N.I.V.
The fruit of praise to our Lord is peace in the heart and joy in the soul as we draw close to HIM. I love to think of the story of Martha and Many. Martha in the kitchen fixing things for Jesus but Mary was at His feet getting directions for her day from the boss and the one who loves her more than words can say. John 3:15-21 and Luke 10:37-41. Have a great week. HUGS! Jenny

Devotional thought: I was new in my faith many years ago as I sit in a new church far from home. They did something that shocked me. They were taking communion while sitting in the pew. (In my home Church unless you where ill or unable to be on the knees, communion was always given to one on their knees.) I was shocked and prayed to the Lord. "Lord this is a abomination." His small still voice came powerful to my Spirit and I knew the answer was from Him. "Child it is not the position of the body but of the heart" I Jenny712 has never been the same. I have looked at things differently. I am His clay and He my potter. I am glad to be on His potters wheel.
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

1 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
2 Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

In your unfailing love preserve my life,
that I may obey the statutes of your mouth.
89 Your word, Lord, is eternal;
it stands firm in the heavens.
90 Your faithfulness continues through all generations;
you established the earth, and it endures.. N.I.V.
Psalms 119:103 How sweet are your words to my taste,
sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 I gain understanding from your precepts;
therefore I hate every wrong path. N.I.V
105 Your word is a lamp for my feet,
a light on my path. N.I.V www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search

Look and see that God knows all:
Daniel 2:20 Daniel.. said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: 21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: 22 He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him. 23 I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee: for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter.
2 Kings 6:8 Now the king of Aram was at war with Israel. After conferring with his officers, he said, “I will set up my camp in such and such a place.” 9 The man of God sent word to the king of Israel: “Beware of passing that place, because the Arameans are going down there.” 10 So the king of Israel checked on the place indicated by the man of God. Time and again Elisha warned the king, so that he was on his guard in such places. 11 This enraged the king of Aram. He summoned his officers and demanded of them, “Tell me! Which of us is on the side of the king of Israel?” 12 “None of us, my lord the king,” said one of his officers, “but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the very words you speak in your bedroom.”N.I.V. www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search
Psalms 113:4 The Lord is exalted over all the nations,
his glory above the heavens.
5 Who is like the Lord our God,
the One who sits enthroned on high,
6 who stoops down to look
on the heavens and the earth? N.I.V.
Devotional thought: Man created in God image. Holy and full of God breathed Spirit of love. Yet! When man sinned by disobedience, he lost that relationship with our holy all powerful God of love. Mankind has a eternal soul. What was God going to do to save mankind from a eternal doom? Yes! Mankind would have A existence cast away from our all powerful God of love an holiness. Yet! God made a way. " Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6

in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them. N.I.V.

"God is love"
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God. www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search
