One Day at A Time

Well I definetly need to take it one day at a time and not get frustrated when it doesn't seem to be working. Or better yet, stop expecting change overnight. This is going to take time and dedication to reach my goals. Any time I get frustrated and feel like cheating I am not coming here and read about all the inspirational people on this site. I have the strength to do this, I need to prove to myself, and everyone else that I can for once do this and lose the weight. I have to do this, I will do this! I WILL DO THIS, I WILL MEET MY GOALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon
