Okay so I have been on a Plateau for 3 years. Well I have gained and lost up and down but nothing to really cal weight loss. Ever since I joined the gym. I feel like it is a chemistry test on what to eat and how much of calories, fat, sugar, carbs, salt, fiber etc. I have been asking everyone what is wrong. What am I doing wrong? FINALLY my mentor tells me I am eating too much protein and not working out enough. SO I have a new PLAN. change on of my snacks to a veggie, Drink more water, Stay away from the Vi cookies for now, work out 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes. And last but not least track your food so you know if your getting enough calories in. Okay so I need discipline to get up at 6am every morning to do my 30 minutes of Pilates/yoga, tapout, Turbo fire and maybe some Wii games that I have like zumba, biggest loser, wii fit plus etc. I will pick one and I can do a different one every morning so mixing it up.Now if the kids stay asleep while I do this we will be great LOL So here we go!!!! Bring it I am ready, plan in place and I am ready to lose this stupid weight. Goal is to lose 25 pounds by the beginning of November I have 5 week to get it done. 5 pounds a week is a TALL order but I am going for it!!!
