Wow, I am so confused right now I could just scream. Hoping maybe someone here can offer another view point. Or just get me more confused. This sit says I should be eating 1200-1500 calories. A friend on Facebook says 1200 calories is not enough. Checked another site which says I should be eating 1700 calories. I have heard yet others say they up their calories until they start losing weight. OH MY GOODNESS. I know we are all different, but I need to find something that will work for me. I will be honest, I am an EXTREMELY picky eater. Do not like a whole lot of vegetables, have tried some again after years and a lot make me almost gag. I like cauliflower raw with dip, same goes for carrots, spinach is ok raw in a salad or mixed in a smoothie, baked sweet potatoes are also good. And fruits I eat just about any. I have switched to whole wheat bread, not white. Most times I use the 100 calorie sandwich thins. Also I rarely eat beef. I stick with chicken, turkey and the Morning Star meatless products. Would love to hear others thoughts on some things I might try.
