Well my last challenge didn't go so well. I have been going through a lot emotionally, but I have sorted myself out and starting today am challenging myself!
- Track everything IN and OUT! Stay within calorie range!
- Lose 6 lbs before Independence Day (7/4)
- Keep careful watch on the weekends!
I am only 10 lbs from my goal weight, so this 6 lbs will get me really close! I know I can do this, I just have to stay focused and motivated!
