So I haven't weighed in about a week... I was sick a few days last week, but it definitely didn't affect my hunger. I think I have gained some weight and am scared to get on that scale. I haven't completed any cardio in forever... Have I hit a plateau?!?!? I sure hope not!!! I DO NOT want to quit, or go back to my old habits! But I can't seem to get motivated... fitness wise anyways. I brought my clothes to go to the gym after work, but we are taking the pups to the vet. So maybe I will get on the treadmill when I get home... maybe not.. I was so PUMPED about my cardio challenges, but I can't get that momentum back. I know to lose all this weight I MUST get off my lazy behind... just eating healthy isn't going to do it. It might maintain the weight I have lost, but I know I have to burn some calories!! I really wanted to lose 10 more lbs by the end of the month... but at this rate I am not going to lose 1!!!
What can I do....... Hopefully I can find that motivation and drive again!
