- Do any type of Cardio for 40 minutes, 4 times this week.
4/29- 45 minutes mowing lawn with push mower
4/30- 20 minutes digging/shoveling dirt, 10 minutes gardening, 10 minutes playing basketball, and 30 minutes playing volleyball in the back yard!
5/4- 90 minutes of fast dancing!
I didn't make my challenge! :( I was sick 4 days this week! But you bet your booty I will step it up next week! :)
