Cardio Challenge Wk2

- Do any type of Cardio for 30 minutes 3 times this week.

4/16- 60 minutes of Yardwork
4/17- 45 minutes on Treadmill
4/18- 60 minutes on Treadmill
4/20- 20 minute walk, 40 minutes of Sand Volleyball, and 90 minutes of dancing!
4/21- 40 minute walk

Woohoo!! What a great week for cardio! :)

3/31- 20 Push-ups & 60 Crunches
Total- 80 Push-ups & 327 Crunches

Well I didn't make my PU goal, but I was over on my crunches! :)
