Only 26 days until I leave for Forida!!! WOOHOO!!!
Last week was not my greatest week... kinda got a lot going on in my personal life which always adds stress. Some of my work days are soo busy that I don't have even a minute to eat. So there were a few days that I didn't eat for 8-10 hours then ate at 9-10pm. Definetly not the best idea. I did get a decent amount of exercise in so that was good! My 5k training is going well, but I haven't been doing it as consistently as before. :(
My plan/goals for this week:
-Eat 4-5 smalls meals per day
-Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day
-5k training on MWF
I think this is very attainable! Just gotta be consistent!
On a happy note I went shopping Saturday for some new clothes because I've lost a decent amount and guess what?!?! I am down 2 whole sizes!!! I was a Size 16 just 2 short months ago, now I am a solid 12!! WOOHOO!!!! I bought 4 new jeans, a new dress, a new swimsuit and several new tops!! And althought I didn't lose a shoe size I still bought a couple pairs of shoes! LOL! :) It felt amazing!!
