OMG!! I am at 201!!! Down another 4lbs!!! I am soooo close to being back in the 100s I can taste it!! Unfortunately my scale pooped out on my yesterday! :( Of course I do not have the money to purchase a new one right now but maybe that is a good thing! I have a terrible habit of weighing in every morning. I wish I could just do it once a week or so. I think I am going to stop by the gym tonight and weigh in on their scale and use that from now on!

I have 10 weeks until my Florida trip and I am so excited that I am on track! If I can lose 2lbs a week until then I will be down to 181!! If I can push myself a little further and lose 3lbs a week I will be at 171! Either way I will be happy! :)

Well its after Memorial Day and I am not under 200. However I am closer than I have been in a long time, 204.8! For the last week or so I have been trying a new approach to my eating. Kind of a low-carb deal but not really atkins... maybe closer to South Beach. Basically I am just cutting out sugars and breads. I lost 7lbs in 7 days!! It was just the push I needed! I also put on a swimsuit on Monday and that also helped! lol! I have 3 months until I leave for Florida!! I would love to be in the 180s by then!

I went walking last night with the husband and it was amazing! It was even his idea!! That NEVER happens! lol! I have vball today and Friday! I also hope to get back to the pool on Sunday! This summer started off on a great note and I hope I can keep it going!!!

I had a GREAT weekend with my husband!!! Unfortunately my eating wasn't great and my exercise was non-existent, well besides walking to Churchill Downs and back--so I gotta a little! :)

I got into contact with a friend who is a personal trainer and we are going to put together a plan for me! He is going to make me a workout plan to do on my own and then we are going to meet up on Sundays to workout together! I wish I could afford to meet with him 2-3 times a week but I just can't afford that! Personal Training is so stinking expensive! But I appreciate the time he is going to give me to help me meet my goals!

I have also been looking at the Couch-to-5K program again and have decided to try it.. again! :) I ran a 5k back in 2008 and would love to run one again and beat my time! I downloaded a podcast called 5K101 and it is awesome! The music is upbeat and the guys voice is very energetic! So if anyone is interested in meeting me to train and I am totally down! My plan is to do it Monday, Wednesday and Friday after work. So around 6:30pm... on days that are hot I will probably do it after dark! :) I wish I could train myself to get up early and do it... but I don't think that will EVER happen! hehe....

My mini goal is to FINALLY be under 200 lbs by Memorial Day Weekend!

Well...... its not been good... :( I haven't really gained weight but my eating habits have been TERRIBLE!! On days when I am at the Salon (T, TH, & S) I don't eat breakfast then I may eat a cookie or rice crispy treat at 3pm then don't eat until I get home... usually around 8:30. This is sooo bad!!!

My goal for this week:
Eat breakfast before I leave!
Take a lunch and give myself at least 15 minutes to eat!
Drink lots of water!
Eat a light dinner... no 800 calorie meals at 9pm!
Exercise at least 15 minutes per day!

I want to see a 2lb loss Saturday morning! I can do this! :)

    To make breakfast a little easier, pick up some things you can make quickly...instant oatmeal, cereal, etc. Or get some Fiber One or Special K bars...something is better than nothing. ;) I also love the Thomas Bagel Thins and WW cream cheese cups...5 points total for everything and makes a good quick breakfast.

For lunch, when I am working fireworks and literally can't get a break, I take a ton of healthy snacks -- carrots, grapes, 100 calorie packs, a PBJ, etc, that I can grab between customers.

You can do this! :)

    You WILL do this!!! Try taking a water bottle to work. That always helps me keep track.

So it's been a week since my first blog and boy has my motivation plummeted! I KNEW this would happen and I KNEW it would be because of myself!! I just can't seem to get back under 205! UGH!... I skipped my spin class this past Monday because "I forgot my workout clothes." Then we order chinese on Monday and Pizza last night!! What is wrong with me?!?! It's really p*ssing me off... like seriously! I know its all in my head... So my goal is to get back on track this week and track all things consumed today!! Plus I have my first vball game tonight and am ready to get my sweat on! :)

Thanks to Theresa for the April Challenge because instead of going to Taco Bell for lunch I am going to Kroger to get some grapefruit and a salad!! I am not going to fail! I am a strong woman and I will not let this keep me down! I refuse!

    Super proud of myself!! I indeed went to Kroger and made a delicious salad and am currently eating 1/2 grapefruit!! WOOHOO!!!
