I had a GREAT weekend with my husband!!! Unfortunately my eating wasn't great and my exercise was non-existent, well besides walking to Churchill Downs and back--so I gotta a little! :)
I got into contact with a friend who is a personal trainer and we are going to put together a plan for me! He is going to make me a workout plan to do on my own and then we are going to meet up on Sundays to workout together! I wish I could afford to meet with him 2-3 times a week but I just can't afford that! Personal Training is so stinking expensive! But I appreciate the time he is going to give me to help me meet my goals!
I have also been looking at the Couch-to-5K program again and have decided to try it.. again! :) I ran a 5k back in 2008 and would love to run one again and beat my time! I downloaded a podcast called 5K101 and it is awesome! The music is upbeat and the guys voice is very energetic! So if anyone is interested in meeting me to train and I am totally down! My plan is to do it Monday, Wednesday and Friday after work. So around 6:30pm... on days that are hot I will probably do it after dark! :) I wish I could train myself to get up early and do it... but I don't think that will EVER happen! hehe....
My mini goal is to FINALLY be under 200 lbs by Memorial Day Weekend!
