of how many days that I workout...that is. My fitness tracker always told me I was going way over, and I am still adjusting to a new job and schedule. No sense wearing myself out trying to overdo things. I'm still tracking and eating right...just exercising every other day. I would like to bring my jogging shoes to work and an outfit and jog at lunch now that the weather is nice.
It is amazing that I am just shy of 20 lbs. down. I almost have to pinch myself. I am proud that I have stuck to it and don't feel cranky or crazy about eating well. I'll have to put up a picture of myself from last May and a pic of me in the same outfit for you to see the difference. It would be neat to do that!
I had a great jog on Saturday. 2.34 miles in 25 minutes. Slowly, I am getting faster. I have to submit my application for my first 5k run (not walk!) this week. Weeeeee!
