I have about 16 pounds left until I hit my goal weight! Total loss would be 80 pounds. I want to achieve this within two months. I have been overweight pretty much all of my life. I don't want my fitness journey to end after this feat. Thinking about marathons and triathlons. That should keep me busy! emoticon

I just broke 200!!

Today i weighed in at 199! My top wieght was 250 like two years ago. I haven't been this low since my early teens I think. I'm doing good and have a lot more fat to lose. I don't want the momentum to stop!

I'm losing weight people!!!

This past month and a half I have been losing weight consistently. I'm just controlling what I eat with food tracker and getting plenty of exercise. I did the same exact thing last October and for some reason I went off track. I will not let it happen this time!!!!

on track again

ok the last 4 days or so I was off track a little. I didn't hit the gym and wasn't really tracking my diet. Today I had a good work out and tracking food again. Surprisingly I didn't gain weight but lost a little! HERE i GO AGAIN.............
