Ok, so I am a bad blogger! I have missed days writing a blog -- another goal to meet!
so everything is going pretty well, tracking my food, really evaluating whether or not I really need or want that extra bite!
I am improving on my exercise, but not yet at an everyday state, but that is one of my goals too (at least exercising on those days I don't have to work a 12 hour shift!)
Feeling good, scale is getting smaller, eating better, taking my lunch (so saving some $$),
all in all I am GOOD!!!
