Surprisingly I've learned a few things this week while keeping this journal.
Like I can't play music with words to it before going to bed or the songs will continue to play in my head. LOL
Moving my exercise time up will help me to relax better
pampering myself before bed with a foot and hand massage is relaxing
and sometimes you just can't help some things that wake you up, but don't let them bother you to the point you can't go back to sleep. (like owls outside the window or helicopters flying maneuvers over your house one night)

once with the owl, once with the helicopter, once with hearing the train and bathroom break. Only stayed awake about 10 min with each so not bad

going to bed at 10pm tonight

brush teeth, wash face, relaxing yoga stretches, prayers, and foot & hand massage with flower scented lotion.

yes yoga (25 min) and strength training (45 min) this morning 15 min Wii walk it out at 7pm

Never

coffee 2 cups early this morning

Thyroid meds when I first get up

none today

Still trying to find out when they are going to fix library windows, finding enough time to cook and exercise before going to work

only twice. Woo hoo. only took about 10 to 15 min go back to sleep

cornflakes, milk at 6pm (didn't feel like cooking and no one was that hungry so they ate leftovers)

yoga, in am, moved boxes in am, wii golf and wii bowling in the afternoon

some minor home repairs no real stress today. Tomorrow back to work and dealing with broken windows and new books.

about 30 min. made the mistake of listening to some songs before going to bed and they got stuck in my head

2 times and only took about 10 min to get back to sleep Woo Hoo!!!

Lamb stew and whole wheat toast with parm cheese at 4pm, 90cal granola bar at 7pm

yes total of 115 min off and on from 8am -7pm (family wii sports game day)

about 8 times the last time at 3am and it took me about 90 min to go back to sleep.

brush teeth, wash face, relaxing yoga stretches, prayers, and I'm adding a foot & hand massage with flower scented lotion

Baked chicken, baked potato, cabbage, cantaloupe for supper at 6:30pm

yes 7am yoga 25 min, 11am 18 min Wii Walk it Out, 7pm 35 min Wii Walk it Out.

tried to but it was a no go

Joint pain and feeling tired from yesterday and not sleeping
tomorrow I hope will be better

3 today until around 5pm. then went back down to a 2 (it was a tough fight this morning)

1 until 7pm then it went to a 2, I think the exercise helped

Chicken sandwich

morning yoga 6:10 am for 25 min, Wii Walk it Out 36 min at 6pm

Who had time for a nap??

tons of traffic in Dothan, MIL being grumpy at times, trying to walk at a snails pace with MIL ( I'm a fast walker and it's hard to slow down) Thunder storm, library business didn't go well. Tomorrow I'm hoping for a nice relaxing day.
