about 8 times the last time at 3am and it took me about 90 min to go back to sleep.

Baked chicken, baked potato, cabbage, cantaloupe for supper at 6:30pm

yes 7am yoga 25 min, 11am 18 min Wii Walk it Out, 7pm 35 min Wii Walk it Out.

tried to but it was a no go

Joint pain and feeling tired from yesterday and not sleeping
tomorrow I hope will be better

3 today until around 5pm. then went back down to a 2 (it was a tough fight this morning)

How awake did you feel today? (1- Exhausted, 2- Somewhat tired, 3- Fairly alert, 4- Wide awake)
1 until 7pm then it went to a 2, I think the exercise helped

How irritable did you feel today? (1- Calm, 2- Slightly annoyed, 3- Moderately irritable, 4- Highly irritable)

Woo Hoo only twice but took about 20 min each time to get back to sleep

I'm going to bed at 9pm tonight that's an hour earlier than normal

brush teeth, wash face, relaxing yoga stretches, prayers.

Chicken sandwich

morning yoga 6:10 am for 25 min, Wii Walk it Out 36 min at 6pm

tons of traffic in Dothan, MIL being grumpy at times, trying to walk at a snails pace with MIL ( I'm a fast walker and it's hard to slow down) Thunder storm, library business didn't go well. Tomorrow I'm hoping for a nice relaxing day.

Today sinus headache, library windows still not repaired and won't be until some time after the holiday, MIL's B/P up because she stressed out, thunderstorm this eve, and stupid computer deleating my blog before I can post it 3 times.
Tomorrow, taking MIL to big city (believe me that's stress)

    Your sleep sounds like mine. Hope it gets better for you soon. I started cutting back on my nerve medicine and believe it or not I am sleeping better and longer! So much for nerve meds helping you sleep! I am hoping to get down to the lowest dose possible-Dr. says its ok with her! Meds can really play havoc on your system, especially if you take too many , like me!
Your exercise is fantastic-keep up the good work! Gotta love the Wii! emoticon

I'm counting this as day 1 because I didn't do the questions yesterday.

What, if any, was your bedtime routine? brush teeth, wash face, relaxing yoga stretches, prayers.

What were the last food(s) you consumed tonight? (Include type, amount, and time you ate.) 5pm spaghetti, whole wheat toast rounds with parm cheese, salad, water. Sugar free gum at 7pm

Did you exercise today? (Include the type, duration, and time of day if you exercised.)
Yes 5:35am 25 min yoga, 10:30am 61 min cardio (Wii Walk it Out) 7pm 4 min Wii Walk it Out. Would have done more but elec. was going on and off.

Did you consume any alcoholic beverages today? (Include type, number, and time of day.) Never

Did you consume any caffeinated drinks or foods today? (Include type, number, and time of day.) Yes 2 cups coffee from 6:30 am -8am

What types of stressors did you encounter today, and what types do you expect to encounter tomorrow? dealing with issues of broken window at library, MIL trying to do too much and needing help

    Seems like you are doing ok. Don't quote me on it, but I think if you take a magnesium supplement it helps you sleep.

long day

Started off great this morning with my 25 min of yoga.
Then had to get ready to go to Bainbridge on business and to take DH to foot Dr.
and a little shopping. Pushed my DH around Wal-Mart in a wheel chair.
Hmmm I wonder how many calories you burn pushing a 234 lb. man in a wheel chair.
It def. should count for something. LOL
He insisted we stop at the donuts... good news bought him a donut and I got a tiny free sample of a fiber one bar.
emoticon emoticon guess who's going to loss and who's not.

Stopped at KFC for lunch thinking maybe the grilled chicken would be a great healthy choice. Boy was I wrong.
That chicken was so greasy it took 3 napkins to get it sopped off and that was after removing the skin. YUCK!!!!!! Slaw was full of sugar and I'm scared to think of how much salt the chicken had. Yikes I'll never go back there again.

Dr appointment went well and got lots of books (car trunk full) for our library. Founds some yummy fruits for the week.

The frustrating part of the day was after getting home I got a call saying the window repair people needed to get in the library. So I had to rush to the library to let them in. Only when I got there.... no one was there. Found out they left because it was almost 5pm and the city won't pay them overtime. Excuse me but why did they call me to come if they knew they wouldn't be able to work. I hate wasting my time and gas like that.
Now they may or may not come next week.

Oh well, at least I was able to unload my trunk a day early and get in a total of 45 min of moving boxes of books. Great exercise.

Oh forgot to tell y'all, Mom did get to come for a short visit. She does not like to drive a long way now so my sister brought her. We had a great time but time flew fast.
Hope they won't wait so long before coming back.. or we go to see them. Funny how we live only 2hrs apart but with work schedules and everything don't get to see each other but a few times a year.

Yesterday I spent the whole day cooking, cleaning, exercising, and ripping the waist band out of a skirt for my DD. She's lost a lot and the skirt is just too pretty not to take it in for her. I'll have to get her to model it when I'm finished.

Didn't do to bad with my sleep last night
got to bed a few min before 10pm and only woke up 4 times during the night.
Best part was it only took me a few minutes to get back to sleep this time.
That's what I call a good night. Now if only every night could be that good.

    Wheeling HB around, packing and loading, ya, that's lots of calories burned!!!

I know that with family only being a little apart and getting only a few visits in, it's sad, but, I am glad you got time in with your mom and sister. That it flew shows it was a good time. I'm glad you had a good visit.

Glad to hear that all is well. How did the doctors visit go? All is well with HB foot?
