It has been 17 days since I have had a diet pop. I can't believe I finally did it. I have been drinking lots of water, teas, and Crystal Light. Crystal Light Fruit Punch tastes like Hawaii punch. So when I am craving sugary stuff, I drink some of that and it helps. I went back up to almost 260 a few weeks ago because I was stress and emotionally eating. I really dislike the job I have now, not really my job just the way things happen there. I found a new job and I have felt great since. I had horrid headaches foe the first 5 or 6 days of no pop. Not even coffee would help. I think it was the withdraw from all the chemicals, not just caffeine. So I am back down under 250,a number I thought I would never see again! lol So if I can stop drinking diet pop, so can you. I was so addicted. I was addicted to pop worse then I was cigarettes. It was easier to quit smoking then drinking pop. I feel so much better! You will too!!
