Still walking 2 to 2.5 hr day
Dusted off the Pilates mach and it's ready to roll
5/5 on the fruit/veggies**comes easy being raised in the country
9 cups of water daily/easy with the right container and attitude/love water

Not feeling this

Negativity is not me. Blogs are not me. Sorry I have let you down but at this moment I am not feeling the need to put my feelings down or chat anyone up.

Plan: same as usual......walk 3 x day to equal a total of 2 to 2.5 hours

restart use of my Pilates unit and hope my foot holds out with the rebounding

acquire a Wii Fit system and/or a new treadmill for all season fitness

ok so that wasn't so bad
I really would like the Pilates system to be a viable option.

Vacation WOO HOO!! Now there is a subject that I can get into.

Tickets to see JD perform at the Saratoga Mountain Winery, CA
Tickets to see JD perform at the Pearl, The Palms Casino, Las Vegas, Nev.
Meeting up with fans from the US, Canada and one from Nassau.
Went to Europe by myself in 1980 and had a grand time. It's gonna be
the best.
