Another Day...

Here we go...still...tremors are still here...Doc up'd my muscle relaxer temporarily, it has helped some! No walking again today. I need to get back to it tomorrow I hope, won't be fast but hopefully I can get it done

Found a "gratitude" strand on the emotional eaters thread...like!

Sick kiddos X 3...all went to school today w/out fevers...all are complaining of tummy trouble tonight! Uuugh!

Please Lord don't "share" it with me too!

Oh my goodness! My day has been just plain out awful! I have terrible tremor-like spasms that are interfering with everything today!

Uuugh!

Calling the Dr in the morning if they don't get better tonight. On a positive note...I listened to my body! Now it just needs to listen to me! LOL

Hanging out again tonight w/out doing exercise.

I am frustrated today!

I cannot seem to get the muscle spasms under control in my body. I have them everywhere! Fingers, toes, jaw, neck, legs...you name it! I can hardly walk across the room without writhing in pain. This has been increasing daily for the last several and now I'm sitting here hurting sooo badly.

I have a significant health history to keep in check as I take this journey so...today...I am resting my body. Catching up on homework and reading.

I can do this...I can do this...I can do this!

10K your way!

I began walking about 2 weeks ago and have now joined the 5K your way challenge to do the 10K!!! I know that I can do it! I have already walked nearly 10 miles this week!

I am frustrated because I am staying within my calorie guidelines, exercising and gained a pound! Uugh! It's a journey! Maybe it's all that muscle! LOL

I'm still very proud of myself for the increase in movement rather than the total shut down due to the depression about what I became. I am fighting through the pain and continuing on.

Gonna do my measurements and see what they tell me!

    I had that problem when I first started running too. You can expect a bit of water retention as your muscles train. Don't lose hope. You can do it!

14 minute mile!

I just walked a 14 minute mile!!!! AND climbed 140 steps! I'm so proud of myself! For the first ime in many years I feel like i am taking control of my life! YIPPEE!
