1 Track and measure everything I tracked and stayed in my range
2. 10 min of exercise I had planned on swimming but got called into work and it was storming when I got home... super hot
3. 5 freggies 4 I did got to the store and bought good fruits and veggies
4.Nothing after 8PM I did this
5. vacuum Nope got called into work
I guess my goals weren't met very well but I still feelgood about myself and being to help out at work so way important. Plus i was mindful of my intake and didn't snack after 8 which was super hard yesterday.

4. nothing after 8pm
5. exercise 10 min (swim) to hot for anything else
6. 8 glasses of water
I really have to work on the exercise part. I find myself putting that off so easily. Oh I did have an ice cream cone yesterday but I still stayed in range.
