Day 4 of healthy living

Yesterday's Goals:
1 Track and measure everything I tracked and stayed in my range
2. 10 min of exercise I had planned on swimming but got called into work and it was storming when I got home... super hot
3. 5 freggies 4 I did got to the store and bought good fruits and veggies
4.Nothing after 8PM I did this
5. vacuum Nope got called into work

I guess my goals weren't met very well but I still feelgood about myself and being to help out at work so way important. Plus i was mindful of my intake and didn't snack after 8 which was super hard yesterday.


Today's Goals:
1 track and measure everything
2 5 freggies
3 vacuum
4. nothing after 8pm
5. exercise 10 min (swim) to hot for anything else
6. 8 glasses of water

I really have to work on the exercise part. I find myself putting that off so easily. Oh I did have an ice cream cone yesterday but I still stayed in range.

Day 3 of Healthy Living

Yesterday's Goals
1. track and measure everything (measure better) Tracked but went over
2.10 min of exercise ran in the pool for about 20 min
3. 5 freggies I only had 3 :(
4. nothing after 8 pm I did well at this
5. vacuum didn't vacuum but I started cleaning the garage

I wasn't a perfect day but I am happy with what I did and today can be better.

Today's Goals:
1 Track and measure everything
2. 10 min of exercise
3. 5 freggies
4.Nothing after 8PM
5. vacuum


Les brought home pizza last night and I ate 3 pieces without even thinking. was reaching for #4 when I said what am I doing. I am not even hungry. So I put it down. Small victory even though I had already had 3 pieces.

Today I am going to continue to be mindful of what is going in my mouth and if I really need it or am really hungry.

    You did well. I agree that 3 pieces of pizza is not that bad. I always prepare myself in advance of pizza. I eat a salad first. Then my rule is two pieces is my goal but I can have three pieces if I want. Sometimes I have two and sometimes three it depends. Pizza is one of my big weaknesses. I try never to build it up in my mind. Stopping at three is good. I could eat a whole pizza if I let myself.

    Great job on meeting your goals pretty well ! Nice on stopping on the 4th piece of pizza. I wouldn't feel bad about 3 pieces . Damage control isn't needed after 3 pieces :)

Day 2 of healthy living

Yesterday's goals
1. track and measure everything did track but not really measured but stayed in my range
2. 10 min of exercise (swim) did not
3. 5 freggies did
4. nothing after 8 pm did
5. pick up house did

I did 4/5 I was busy working with my husband so I didn't get exercise in.

Today's goals:
1. track and measure everything (measure better)
2.10 min of exercise
3. 5 freggies
4. nothing after 8 pm
5. vacuum

I want to be more mindful of what I eat and why I am eating.
This is a road to healthy living and not just pounds lost.

My goals are going to simple but most likely hard to do since I have to form new habits again.

Long term Goal lose 5% of my weight by 9/21/14
Short term goal lose 2% of my weight by 7/31/14

today's goals
1. track and measure everything
2. 10 min of exercise (swim)
3. 5 freggies
4. nothing after 8 pm

Yesterday I only got 4 freggies in but I stayed in my ranges and I ate well. I also did my planks and I went for an hour walk with my daughter. I am loving this warmer weather.

Today is going to be super busy. I will really have to plan my time well. I have already made out my food choices so I am good on that.
1. 5 feggies
2. plank
3. go for another walk

We are headed to KY tomorrow so there will be a lot of sitting. I am going to watch what I eat and try to move as much as I can
