WOW I relaxed this week , spent the week with my grandson. We walked a little, we ate a lot. I didn't drink my water as I should...NOW 2 lb gain...1% body fat lost....1 inch lost around the waist...Figure that one out.
I miss when I can't walk as scheduled....I did make up however by walking to the store and then to the restaurant for lunch.. Therefore I had to walk back home. My pedometer said 1mile it felt like more...I need to check this pedometer.
I ballroom danced Friday and almost did not go.. I was tired and still ached from walking with my new spark friend Tammy. I finally said forget this and went -boy was I glad I did. I danced straight for 1 .5 hours and still trying to figure where the energy came from..I didn't eat as I should this week and felt guilty. I finally got on the scale I didn't gain or lose...
Thanks for your encouragment...I walked with Tammy Yesterday and felt so good about it. I had a chance to talk while we walked and the time pasted so fast. Most of all Tammy did it....Lost the weight and is keeping it off. Losing slowly the right way is way better than the rush job I see. Thank again everyone for your encouragment..
