17 Day Diet Day 17 Cycle 1

Well my last day on cycle 1. Been very busy running to get things for the trip. I am just about ready to send hubby on his merry way without me. Marital bliss. Needless to say I didn't have my mid afternoon green tea and just an apple for lunch. I had a good dinner with chicken breast and broccoli. I will weigh myself tomorrow to see how much I lost total in 17 days. Then I won't be able to log back on till next week. Cycle 1 was not bad for me and I am looking forward to cycle 2.
Breakfast;
2 eggs
1/2 cup cremini mushrooms
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup fat free chicken broth
Mid morning snack;
6 oz yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
Lunch;
apple
Dinner;
1 chicken breast
6 spears of broccoli
Overall not a bad diet. I did not get my 17 min walk in like I had hoped to. So I may have been able to lose more weight than I have. With still 40 pounds to go I will be back on this cycle again. That is for sure. I hope the camping turns out okay because I did a lot of thinking and making to help me not screw up. I am going to try and start Cycle 2 better than Cycle 1 in the exercise area of this diet. I will have to journal everything till I get home again. No computer.

17 Day Diet Day 16 Cycle 1

Let the crazyness begin. I am trying to get my stuff (food) ready for the trip and DEAR hubby has other plans for me. So I am running around like a lunitic. You can see I am venting. I am making my yogurt now and this way I can sleep while it does its thing in the oven. I am tired.
Breakfast;
2 eggs
1/2 cup cremini mushrooms
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup fat free chicken broth
Mid morning snack;
6 oz yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
Lunch;
apple
turkey patty
I put the turkey leg pot roast in the slow cooker this morning to take on the trip. I had 1 leg frozen so this will make one of my accelerate dinners. I will freeze it for later. So I had some of the veggies from that for dinner tonight.
Dinner;
1 cup pot roast veggies
2 Parmesan crusted tilapia
Snack;
6 oz yogurt/vanilla/stevia
I wonder what kind of day tomorrow will bring?

Got up and made breakfast. Getting nervous about food eating at camping. I sat here and made a list of food. Dear hubby is not supportive which makes it harder. This is going to be a real challenge. Limited room in fridge for 2 people foods.
Breakfast;
2 eggs
1/2 cup cremini mushrooms
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup fat free chicken broth
Mid morning snack;
6 oz yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
Lunch;
apple
toss salad with olive oil and white wine vinegar
Dinner;
Parmesan crusted tilapia
2 cups broccoli
Snack;
4 oz yogurt/vanilla/stevia

17 Day Diet Day 14 Cycle 1

Woke up early. Had heartburn which I have no idea why. So I made my lemon water and put hubby's coffee in the coffee maker. I read more of the diet. Almost read the whole thing. Tomorrow I will do my weekly weigh in. Hoping for some sort of loss. Hubby says I have lost weight. I made him pancakes for breakfast.
Breakfast;
2 eggs
1/2 cup cremini mushrooms
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup fat free chicken broth
Mid morning snack;
6 oz yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
Worked on getting horse trailer ready for our camping trip now leaving Thursday. This is better for me because that is my first day on cycle 2. I have been really good with going out with all the temptations. Only 1 time I had a drink and that was planned on my part.
Lunch;
1 apple
1/5 of turkey meatloaf
Went to town with hubby to get clear caulking for window on horse trailer. He wanted to stop at Bandits and I drank water with lemon. If you could only have smelled the seafood there. I finally told hubby I was starving and we left.
I made hubby spaghetti with meat sauce.
Dinner;
salmon
portabella caps with tomatoes,fat free mozzarella cheese,garlic
This too was a hit. I changed some things just a little.

It was cold and windy. Heat was off so it got below 60 degrees. Washed clothes then made breakfast;
2 eggs
1/2 cup cremini mushrooms
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup fat free chicken broth
Mid morning snack;
6 oz yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
Went up to the garage and started cleaning my motorcycle tire. It had gotten a flat while I was ridding. I took it and got a brand new one. My chrome rims are rusty. Then my hubby says how about going to town with me. I asked where are you planning on going? He said to the river fest and possibly the apple festival. Okay I'll get dressed. There was a lot of food there. I found a turkey leg stand so I got to eat lunch. It was not hard at all seeing and smelling all the food. I guess I really am ready to change my life. There is an apple pie sitting on my counter with 1 piece taken out.
Dinner;
1 chicken breast done in george foreman
7 asparagus spears
2 Tbls olive oil
Snack;
6 oz yogurt/vanilla/stevia/unsweetened cocoa powder
