I needed some help with carving crabs so I'm trying a new diet pill so far really good. I am eating less. I'm staying on my diet if I can call it that and I have energy to go to the gym. Today is my second day. My first day felt weird, the pills had my going a mile a minute by my second dose I leveled out .Capsigen is the pills name and I learned about them through the doctor oz show a long time ago just was scared to try them at first, but doing good
The bad is you will be in the bathroom almost a lot. Oh and drink lots of water. I haven't weighed myself yet however I know I lost a ounce if anything. Oh I can go up the stairs,and my work out is getting longer today I went for hour and a half. Oh I oder the pills on line, but they do help me with my cravings

Thanks to all of you sparkpeole. You make it worth going on. You guys please keep it coming and thanks again. Today has been a good day so far im doing good. I ate healthy for breakfast (cereal and milk )2/.lunch bake fish salad smoothy instead of candy afterwards woo hoo. Little by little im getting back on tracl.

I went to the gym ran/walk a 5k felt good got on bike in gym did 9 iles. Sll tjat im 3 pounds lighter and it only take me a hour and a half .

I was doing good and then i stop goong slowly and boom i just stopped all togather. I gained 11 pounds back and i feel bad. I will start tomorow again

Oh im back i was gone no where just didnt visit for a while but im back. While i was gone i didnt work out just kept a eye on my eating and stayed the same wieght for a two week period i hate when i do that but it was done and now im over it..
