Breakfast... Coconut pancakes, fried eggs and bacon

Day 20 :4/29

B: IF: 17 hours

L: Coconut Pancakes, 3 slices bacon, 1 whole/3 egg whites (fried on non stick pan) 2 tsp ghee
Calories: 445, carbs: 6; 10 fiber; 24 fat; 25 protein

D: Zucchini/turkey lasagna

EXERCISE: REST DAY

... I am batch cooking now... will probably have zucchini lasagna for dinner with sauteed kale/bacon, but we'll see!

... "this dog cracks me up" emoticon... she has one of my son's diabetic test strips in her mouth; she actually takes the time to position it in her mouth so that I can see it! ... how amazing is that!

S: Pistachios (shelled): 30 )1/4 cup / coffee/cream
Calories: 85, Fat: 14 / Carbs: 2.5 / Fiber: 1.5 / Protein: 3

L: Zucchini Lasagne
Calories: I really have no idea, I will have to divide in equal parts the next time I make it. But it consist of meat/veggies/cheese

D: Nothing, not hungry

EXERCISE: Walked home - Time: 1:12mins (... I stopped at the produce store and bought some romaine lettuce for tomorrow... turkey taco's! emoticon

    We are so in the same place sister. I have been very intentionally off plan lately but the immediate gratification of the junk simply does not feel as good as I do when I take care of myself. Time to get back on track - both of us!
