Thanks for all your suggestions to help me remember to exercise and drink water at intervals throughout the day. I've decided to get the StanAPP for my Iphone to remind me. Thanks to MarciaC10 for alerting me to her blog that gives a wonderful description about it. I've got company this weekend, so I'm just using a timer on my computer to remind me. That works although it's super loud, but I have to keep resetting it, so I think I'll like the phone reminder better.
Because of various activities with the company, I did get my exercise in, but I wasn't able to drink the water each time because we weren't home (excuses, excuses), but I just chug-a-lugged when I returned.
It's going to take a while to become efficient at this new habit. But I CAN DO IT!
