My last weigh-in today shows me holding at my original goal weight--which I keep bouncing up from. Without the challenges I could never bounce down; I just know it would be a spiral up. The elusive "2-pound cushion" I was going for was not attained. My body just doesn't want it, and will not do it. So, all right then. I'll listen.
Summer is a hard time to hold yourself accountable to good, healthful habits. The Challenge was my anchor that kept pulling me back after each barbecue party or weekend binge.
Thanks to all who helped me through it. See you for the Fall 5% Challenge, when I'll no doubt be working on losing the same 5 lbs.
