Really I do! Luckily I am feeling better today.
I would like to be well enough to go to Belly dance class this Wednesday. Also maybe Pilates on Tues, Thurs. I haven't been exercising because I've been sick. I am very happy I got over my illness by myself and without antibiotics. My lymph nodes were starting to swell and I was getting worried there for a little bit!
I don't really have any plans for this week except to try to do my 21 Shimmies and 1001 Variations DVD everyday until I get it down. I also may see my Grandma this weekend. I'm excited about that.

My net crashed so it has been awhile. Well actually we moved so they stopped the service, etc, etc, but I sort of got off track. Anyway...
So I am eating an apple and in my e-mail box was a SparkPeople e-mail called, "an apple a day."
It was about the benefits of eating apples!!! Thats odd now, isn't it? LOL!!!

Okay, yesterday I only had one peanuty M&M! *applause*
I thought I "binged" yesterday but it turns out my nutrition tracker added up only 2,000 cals so I was excited! It is more than I wanted to eat but I am glad I didn't go too overboard.
I met all my fitness goals yesterday! (regarding strength training)
I am going to try to meet my fitness goals today too. I do two sets of 12-15 push-ups, 2 one minute wall-sits, two sets of 12-15 tricep dips and that is what I do!!!
It may sound little but it is better than nothing and the push-ups work my abs too.
I did 20min of bellydancing yesterday and one of my goals is to incorporate more bellydancing. Trying to work myself up to 1hr a day but we will see how that goes!!!
Stay fit!!! LOL!

Hi, how are you? Well, last night I still ate peanut M&Ms!!! So no peanut M&Ms for me today! Lol!
Today I am going to try to exercise. I have class at 1pm-1:50 for painting II then 2pm-2:50 for History.
Right now it is 10am so I am going to get off here slip a bra on and try to do some belly dancing, push-ups, wall-sits, and tricep dips!!!
I will tell you how it went in the next entry so you know if I actually did it! LOL

Okay so I ate too much peanut m&ms last night and today. Lol, definitely NOT healthy, but hey, peanuts have protein, right?
Well, I am going to try to eat healthier today and have my usual oatmeal and potato for breakfast. I find that it is very filling and healthy.
I did like 15 pushups last night but not very good ones and I had to stop because my throat was bothering me. :(
I'm going to try to get more exercise in today but we'll see how it goes. LOL
