I'm climbing back up that hill again, it seems I have gained four pounds on this out of control runaway rollercoaster car. It really is like a rollercoaster,
its so hard to go uphill, it inches up slowly making that clicking sound. Its so hard to choose the right foods and the right amounts and stick with it. Its hard to fit in the time to exercise and to do it consistently.
Then the rollercoaster hurtles downwards spiralling with so much speed, one bad food choice leads to a bad day of food choices and not going to the gym one day becomes 2 days, then I don't do the bootcamp, don't drink the water, don't eat veggies....can't you just feel the car picking up speed as it descends the track faster and faster. I know it was only 2 days and I am getting myself back on track quicker than I used to but 4 pounds?!!? That's a lot, its been months since I lost four pounds. I know its not all about the scale but my clothes are getting tighter and snug again.
I know......... don't be hard on myself but jeesh I was doing everything correctly for a 6 day stretch then 2 bad days and BAM!!
I have to tell myself baby steps, stick with it, start small, work up to more, it took a lot of years to get to this weight so its going to take time to lose it.
** Went to the gym
** Burned 500 calories
** Did 60 minutes of cardio
** Had 5 freggies
** I was actually below my nutritional amounts (not good I know)
I just took a quick break from writing my blog to do:
today's bootcamp video
25 bicep curls
25 tricep extensions
25 hammer curls
Now I'm going to have my cup of green tea and will take a vitamin with it!
So I just didn't get my water all in.
The rollercoaster is clicking up the track ever so slowly and lets hope those 4 pounds are what comes hurtling down this time!
