I've been working very hard at my local YMCA. Through the company I work for I was able to do a 3 month program for free. I went every chance that I could, about 4-5 days a week. The BEST new thing I'm doing is Spinning!! My knee (arthritis, meniscus tear and Bakers cyst) is feeling so much better.

I go see my primary care Doc tomorrow. My cholesterol has dropped and I know that my blood pressure has gone down. I can't wait to see what he says!

Staying committed to working out has been hard, fun, exhausting but worth all the effort!

It's late and I must get to bed.

emoticon Cat hair in the computer crashed it! Back on-line tonight but I have to get some sleep! I have a new schedule at work 05:45 to 16:00!! But only 4 days a week!

I'm working on getting my sleep and then I'll focus on exercise. Yoga is still every Wednesday for 2 hours!!

    So those plastic covers for computers are for cat-owners! Guess you'd have to unplug it too.

Got "The Spark" emoticon and have been reading it. ON chapter 3 now, and feeling insired.
Yoga was great last night. It really helped with the stress I am putting myself through. emoticon

If my computor is up and running when I get home I might have more time.

I will overcome my very bad weekend.... My knee hurt very bad and was very swollen that it brought tears just to walk. So exercise was slower and almost none existent.

Today we had our 1 year anniversary at work and everyone brought food!! Even just a little was too much!!

Wednesday is my new day. Even when I don't do as well as I should I know that it's just one meal or just one day. I try not to let it get to me.

    Take care of that knee, they work better as a pair. Don't know what I'd do if didn't have icepacks and good ol' ace bandages.

I came home from work and DID NOT want to workout . Even though I had chenged from my work clothes to my work-out clothes I sat atound, watched TV, played games on the computor and making all kinds of excuses to myself.

DH and Jean are both out of town, so who was going to encourage me to exercise tonite?

Just ME, MYSELF and I....That's who!!
