Tomorrow, Sunday 3/29/09, I am going to start a regimented diet. I'm exercising regularly now (with the exception of injury or illness). However my weight has not changed at all! It probably has to so with a few things, 1) I'm on HRT and I can tell they have wrecked havoc on my system, 2) I drink too much alcohol when we go out and 3) I really do not get enough sleep during the week.
So tomorrow I will do the first four days of the "Flat Belly Diet" (Prevention) and then move on to the "South Beach Diet". The first four days of the "FBD" are designed to get rid of bell bloat. Since I carry most of my weight in my midsection I thought this might give me a good kick start. I have done South Beach before and have had good success.
Tomorrow my Blog will start with my beginning stats, ie., weight and measurements. In the evening I will tell how my day went, feelings, hunger (if any), energy, etc. I'll also be open for any questions.
