Carb Addicts is my mode of operation. It makes it so easy to know when I'm eating well and when I'm not. I will continue.
Just keep thinking about that brown fat and how I want it gone!! Still doing Carb Addicts -- just need to add more salads and veggies I think. Hang in there guys.
I haven't done anything differently, but the scale just jumped up. Today it's still five pounds. I'll take it. Expecting good results this coming week for all my hard work.
Still hesitating over the five pounds. Now we're into the brown fat -- out, out *)&) spot.
Exercising and watching food -- I will keep it off. You know how you drop down to a lower weight and then the scale jumps up again. Anyway -- still trying to stay at and claim five pounds off. :)
