Five Pounds and still fighting

I haven't done anything differently, but the scale just jumped up. Today it's still five pounds. I'll take it. Expecting good results this coming week for all my hard work.

    emoticon just a little fluctuation. If the weather warms up I fill with fluid. We've gone from 10 degrees to 46. I'm retaining more fluid.

Exercising and watching food -- I will keep it off. You know how you drop down to a lower weight and then the scale jumps up again. Anyway -- still trying to stay at and claim five pounds off. :)

    5 pounds could easily be water weight gain/retention or hormones, so if you are otherwise sticking to the routine I wouldn't worry. Even the best home scales will flux a pound or two
