Appreciate good support -- right now that would be the weather. Finally, finally it is spring and we can breath again. This winter was just a bear. When I wake up and the sun is shining , birds chirping and then see all the greeeeeeen outside, it does a body good. emoticon

"Here's what I want"

1.Fit into my clothes at least one size smaller.

2. Feel thin and trim.

3. Be healthy

4. Feel lighter and happier

5. When I try on last year's clothes, like I did today emoticon I want them to fit and look better, not worse.

This is interesting -- I don't know what kind of help is helpful. When I diet I usually do it alone.


I welcome this kind of help
1.Don't encourage me to have bad snacks.
2. Don't cook things that I love and have decided I can't have.

I don't like it when ????

I have never thought about how other people may sabotage me. Maybe they do and maybe they don't. I've always considered my diet my business.

    everyone here is so sick of my dieting, so sick of my diet plans, so sick of..............
they get tired, bored, and who can blame them. They have pain in their eyes when they buy me a "treat" I can't eat so I eat it.
I forge ahead in silence.

How cool is this?? If you read my blog you read Caren's ideas as well. Anyway I like this -- I think this is part of my problem -- I have no program to protect. So today I need to develop a program based on my lifestyle, my health and my health concerns. Low Carb may or may not be the answer. I need to think about this.

    My "diet" has morphed! LOL! I am Low carb, high fat, moderate protein, no grain, with a sprinkle of pale/primal! LOL!!

    Over the years I have come to develop my program - no gluten, clean eating, fresh foods, minimally processed, lower carb, made up of meat, veggies, fruits, seeds, nuts, legumes, healthy fats,and a little dairy, occasionally a few select grains.
