Monday through Friday --- piece of cake! (not literally, mind you!)
Friday night --- Saturday --- Sunday ------- well ------ that's another story!!!
I'm doing very well on my weight loss journey --- but lately, I've found the weekends becoming difficult for me to stay on program. Up until the summer, I did fine on the weekends --- but now that I'm off for the summer, I'm finding that I'm wanting to go "off" my finely tuned weight loss program! The biggest reason is that I'm around others who can eat, love to eat, or just eat to eat ----- and they don't gain weight when they do! I, on the other hand, can become a big ballooned elephant in a matter of hours!!!
Well this weekend is going to be different! I'm on the Weight Watcher Team and we are having a mini challenge for this weekend --- it's designed to help us STOP messing around with our weight loss program just because its the weekend --- thought I would share the info and invite anyone on spark to join us! Here are the details:
Need help staying STRONG and ON PROGRAM over the weekend??? Do you find your weekends sometimes becoming WEAKends??? I know I do -- and in the summer it's even harder for me!
This mini challenge is to help us make ourselves STOP!!!!!
that's it STAY TOTALLY ON PROGRAM!!! S.T.O.P.!!!! for the next couple of days -- Friday night through Sunday bedtime --- we will S.T.O.P. ---- easy peasy (hold the full fat cheesey!!) --- no excuses --- no weaknesses --- no hit & miss --- no forgetting to plan ahead --- no trashing the tracker --- no sneaking --- no cheating --- no nothing that will keep us from having a successful weekend!!! We will just say NO!!! to anything that will throw us off track and say YES!!! to making good healthy choices and STAYING TOTALLY ON PROGRAM!!!
So -- who's in?? who needs to STOP??? who could use some extra support and strength from the WW Team???
here's what you need to do:
**post a comment right here on my blog saying that you're going to STOP this weekend
**make yourself some sticky notes that have the word STOP written on them in big letters - preferably in red ink!! and place them around your living spaces so you SEE them!
**then just DO IT!!!!
won't you join me???? We CAN do this --- we can STOP!!!!
