I have signed up for a new Challenge on the Weight Watcher Team --- I've made a commitment to lose 4 pounds between now and St. Patrick's Day. That's a pound a week and that is considered to be a healthy rate of losing. I don't think I've ever signed up for a challenge that commits to a certain number of pounds, but I feel like I can do it this time. I've been doing well following the points plus program through Weight Watchers and this will keep me accountable and on track. Consistent and persistent planning, tracking, weighing/measuring, H2O, fruits/veggies, daily exercise, etc. ---- that's what works --- I'm "signing" a contract with myself to continue to do all these things for the next 4 weeks --- and then, I will so very much enjoy KICKING 4 out the DOOR!!!
