I climbed 110 floors today!

What a great workout today! I decided to do my cardio on the stairclimber machine. I selected one of the settings to climb a building. So I chose the Sears Tower - 110 floors and I completed it in 28 minutes. Next time, I'm going to try to beat my time of course!

Yeah! I've been to the gym 2 days in a row!!! And how I have missed it! I couldn't go today because I had a meeting through lunch, but I'm back at it tomorrow! See ya later gym! :)

Missing my gym time!

This is my first blog...I've decided if I write down my thoughts, it might motivate me to work harder.
For the last 4 months, I've been going to the gym at lunch every workday. Than, it was Christmas. I was off for over 1 week and I wasn't able to make it to the gym. Now I've been back to work for 2 days, and I haven't been to the gym yet...I need help! My gym time is my ME time. I need to get back to that routine I developed before Christmas.
I'll keep you posted if I've been able to find time to go this week.

    You've got to get back in to your routine before you keep making excuses not to go. I've been sick for three weeks now and am going to definitely get out there tomorrow and walk. It's been a while so It'll be good cause you'll burn more calories building up the muscle again. Have fun but go do IT! emoticon emoticon

    Make it happen! Even if you only go once a week, you're starting! Maybe try Tues and Thurs to start and work your way back up. Just do it!! :P
