Day 1 done. Felt very hungry and got a little grumpy. Much better after supper. Need to find ways tp increase my fire and protein.

Baby #2 is now 11 months old and once again I need help to shed the weight! I decided not to return to work after my 1 year mat leave (lucky Canadian) and when I informed my office, I was asked by not one but 3 people asked if I was preggers again. So frustrating.

Here I go again. Starting over.....I was doing welll until I got pregnant. I was still trying to eat right and not fall into the trap of "eating for two" but that went out the window I miscarried and started to "eat my feelings." I felt that I was doing o.k. with everything until I realized that my pants don't fit and I still look preggers even though it's been three months!!!!

We're moving into a new house in two and half weeks which means I will actually have room to workout so until that time, I'm back on my nutrition goals and in a couple weeks, I'll be adding in more fitness goals.

So, here's to starting over....again.

Since I've been so busy that past few days (o.k.....week) I don't seem to have made time to hit Sparkpeople.com. I have, however, been watching what I'm eating and getting in cardio almost every day I just haven't been keeping track of it. I know I do better when I keep track so it's time to start again. I'm starting to get into a routine with work and home again so things should calm down again soon.

Time to start another day.
