Im back

Sunday, December 29, 2013

Ive been gone awhile but im back. I wanna finish what I started and that's to get down to 250lbs. A lot of crap has been going on lately and its stressing me out. I'm tired of people treating me like crap, im tired of being unappreciated. Im tired of keeping my mouth shut. At times I just feel like that life just out right sucks and I really have no purpose in life. Im trying to just give everything to God and let him take control but at times...It gets to me..Im just tired...

Can I ask yall some advice on a woman? Here is what happened. I was working in town for a couple of months with a friend. Anyway, we would stop by a certain restaurant a few times a week because it was my buddies favorite place to eat. Well I didn't really pay attention to any of the waitresses more then just place my order and say thank you. Anyway, my buddy started telling me he thinks a certain waitress was in to me..I was like yea..ok. So we started to request to be put in her section when we showed up to the restaurant. Well she just started to chit chat and to make along story short we became friends. Well one day I was saying something about facebook , she asked for my info to add me. I sent her a message and we talked over it for a week. She then told me that she didn't get on fb much and gave me her cell number to text her. She said she likes to text when she is bored. Well we text a little bit but nothing major. She randomly text me late at night, when we hold a text conversation it last for about 5 mins and then she stops texting, she never says bye or anything. I don't understand whats going on with this...Do any of you understand whats going on?

    Welcome back!

I'm with the others just ask her out and see what happens at least you know where you stand and you can move on if necessary.

All the best in 2014!

We don't know each other, but all you'll get is honestly from me: you need to ask her out on a proper date. Not over text. Go to her place of work or call her and ask her out properly. You are rapidly becoming just a "friend", in my opinion. It's time to buck up and make a move.

Regarding the text - I think it's just part of texting etiquette...I don't say "goodbye" every time I'm done texting...it just fizzles out and gets picked back up at another time. I wouldn't take it personally. She may also be trying to let you know she's interested but doesn't want to seem needy. Plus, it may be working since it's kind of driving you nuts...maybe that's the point?

Welcome back. I am not good at relationships . I guess she texts while she is bored and when something else comes up she just lets it slide. You need to deicde if you want more than just friends with her or not maybe she is wondering why you arent asing her out ...it is all guessing until you know what you want.. Once you know it will make all this easier. If you want just nask her why she does that. Say it is ok you just want to know. Sorry i cant be more help.

Its been a hell of a week

Saturday, May 11, 2013

Monday started off great but as the day went on the worse I felt! Monday night I ended up in the hospital with a 102 temp and as my mom said "You were talking out your head". I didnt get to live the E.R. Until tuesday morning at 5am. I ended up having a urinary tract infection. So tuesday and wednesday I just ended up staying in the house all day. Wednesday night my friend sent me a text offering me a job helping him paint a house for $600. That was too much money to pass up! Thursday I painted a VERY beautiful house. I kept asking how in the world did they end up hiring him to paint this house. He said it was someone his mom knew. Friday I woke up very SORE and having bathroom issues. The medicine that the doctor had me taking for the urinary tract infection caused the issue. I will spare ya'll the details. I was finally to do my business yesterday afternoon. I cant tell you how much better that made me feel! After being sick and painting the house I lost a total of 4 lbs..Not the greatest way to lose it I know but ill take it!

Cranberry juice does help with that and if you don't like the juice they do have cranberry pills too. Get them at the health food store. I do it when I get them and they work great, I have trouble with antibiotics and that is one reason that I use cranberry juice(100% juice) or the pills.

Hey, you're VERY fat!

Saturday, May 04, 2013

So today has been kind of a sucky day. To start it off I let my chickens into the yard so they can do their thing. I walked out the house to check on them when I see a dog running out my yard with one of my chickens in his mouth. The dog looks back at me and drops my chicken. I run to see if she is dead. By the time I get to her she was able to get under my car. At first I thought she was missing a leg. Honestly, I wanted to cry. I have become very attached to them. I even refer to them as my babies. I couldnt reach her because of my arms. Some how I was able too. The next thing I knew she looked at me and dropped her head to the ground! Now I REALLY wanted to cry. I picked her up and she woke up. She started to look at me and tried to walk but she was limping. Thats when I noticed that she did indeed have both her legs! She is still alive, I didnt see any blood on her but that doesnt mean there isnt internal damage. She is very weak and in shock. I hope she makes it!

I went to walmart today to pick up a few things. Well I was just minding my own business when a kid walks up to me and says "Hey, You are VERY fat!" The parents laughs and they both walk off. I was kind of stunned. I didnt know what to say or think. Just been a bummer kind of day! I hope all of you are well! God Bless!

So sorry to hear about your chicken! I hope she's feeling better now. I've always thought having a coop would be really neat.

Sometimes kids say the worst things because they are young and haven't developed a filter for manners yet. My oldest is almost four and is just starting to pick up on differences between people. She'll tell me "You have a big belly" (yeah, that one stung a bit) or say out loud "He is really old!" but not because she's trying to be mean, but because she is finally noticing the world around her how it relates and differs to her. This gives me the opportunity to teach her that everyone is made differently and the difference between good manners and bad manners. I tell her, "Wouldn't it be boring if everyone looked the same?" The parent may have laughed out loud out of embarrassment, or at least I hope so. I'm not making excuses for the kid, especially if they were over 5 and should know better, but you can blame it on their small, immature brains.

One thing I tell myself when I hear insensitive remarks from people is that everyone has something they want to hide, I just happen to wear mine for everyone to see. What they see is the worst it can get, and I can only get better. Imagine how dark their secrets are when allowed to fester inside! People say mean things to make themselves feel better.

Keep your chin up and one foot in front of the other. Look how far you've already come. You are amazing, plain and simple!

That mean little kid! Hard to believe that this sort of comment was amusing to his parents, who were maybe Neanderthals. It is that kind of ingrained prejudice that makes life sadder for anyone in any minority. AARGH. That kid needed a very long time out.

The chicken. I hope she lives a bit longer and proves to be hearty once she calms down.

OK I am sorry but the first thing I would have said to that child was...."And you're very ugly" And then looked at his parents that laughed then back at the kid and said, "Sorry buddy...things wont be looking any better in the future either."

HAHA sorry yes that's cruel and maybe a fantasy reply, because I probably would have been stunned by the event but OHHHH wouldn't that just get them?

I am sorry about your chicken. I am so attatched to my dog I couldn't imagine. I have a 12 pound terrier and he was attacked by a pitbull once and he pulled through. I hope she is ok. Also dont worry about that kids parent. Give it 5 or so years when that kid is a teenager the parents that didnt raise him properly will reap what they sow. Sounds like he is already out of control.

Man, you did have a rough day. I am so sorry. Please let us know how your chicken is doing. As for the family in the store...forgive the little kid...he does not know any better and is to be pitied. His parents are doing a horrible job and someone someday will teach that child manners. Let's hope he does not hurt as much as you are today. emoticon

Hey James please don't let some young disturbed kid bring you down! He is obvisously a troubled kid, if he can go up to a perfect stranger and say something like that. There however is know excuse for the parents, they should have apologized for the way that kid acted. I felt sorry for the kid, because really think what or what not he is being taught. I am sorry you had to hear that. You are a handsome dude and are doing awesome. Keep up the good work.

Sorry to hear about your chicken. Hope he is doing ok now! Keep your chin up! emoticon

I hope your chicken is doing fine. that kid and his parents are @$$es! People should learn to keep their comments to themselves. They were rude and insensitive, but you were a gentleman and kept your response to yourself. Keep up the fantastic work you are doing with your weight loss. You are awesome!

I hope your chicken is okay - sorry you had to run into an insensitive idiot while out shopping. It's hard to come up with a comeback in times like that. All that matters is that you know you're trying and working on yourself. That ignorant kid has no idea who you are or how wonderful you are. The fact that his parents weren't mortified and didn't make him apologize immediately tells us a lot, doesn't it? They could teach "How to Raise a Criminal 101". Hold your head high and know you are very worthwhile. Pat

Sorry to hear about your chickens, but what is worse is the way those people treated you. Don't let those "shallow" people dictate your value because you are a wonderful person. Shallow parents raising a shallow child-they must lead sad lives. You, however, are living a fulfilled and giving life. Continue to work on being healthy and kind and concentrate on that.

Great parenting obviously the parent is an ignorant jerk and their child is following in their foot steps. I have had more than my fair share of incidents like that over the course of my life so I feel your pain.

Don't let it get you down, keep your goals in mind and keep on trucking!

WOW! I would be upset too! I love all animals and my pets have all been my babies!
That kids parents should be ashamed of themselves! I have had a similar thing happen to me! I am disabled and I use a mobility scooter. One day when I was out riding, I young guy in a fancy car was mad because I was crossing the street. He yelled , "get out of the street you fat pig!" I was horrified! But then I realized it was his problem not mine! Hope you have a better day tomorrow and hope your chicken is okay! emoticon

I read once that a woman replied to a similar comment that God made her that way because He gave her a big heart because she was a very loving person.

Seriously, it is so sad the parents laughed instead of asking their child to apologize. Since you can't control them, all you can do is control your response. And by their actions, i am positive you have a much bigger heart than they do! emoticon

I wish I would've had a good comeback..but I was so shocked...I stopped going to that church because I didn't want to even look at him again!! We just have to try and ignore the ignorance in this world...and focus our time on the positives...Stay strong, keep sparking, and keep smiling...Hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow...God knows how special you are! emoticon emoticon

Long day...Long week

Wednesday, May 01, 2013

Its been one of those weeks..Yesterday my mom's car broke down. So I spent yesterday fixing it. I didnt get my work out in like I wanted. After the car was fixed , I decided to cut grass. Well I started to pull the cord and it broke. Now there is rumors going around in church that they are going to close the church's school. So thats going to put my mom and 5 other women out of work. Please my best friend will have to move back to Ohio because of all this crap. The weird thing about it is that they just want to close the school just to screw the employees over. Its nothing about stuff that the school has done and what not. Just drama!

Today was a very nasty day. I was able to get my work out in but wasnt able to work in the yard like I hoped. It rained twice! I did get to move the chicken coop. So now they will have fresh grass to poop on..lol..I weighted today and the scale said I gained 1 lb but I know thats water weight. I havent been drinking my water like I should. I know! Shame on me! I started to fix that problem today! So hopefully I will have lost some by the next time I weigh! Anyway, I hope all is well! God Bless!

The school thing seems a bit petty. I don't know the details but it's not very church-like to screw over people.

Weight fluctuates, don't stress the pound even if it isn't water weight, you'll lose it if you just keep at it.
