Okay, so today I read about another new diet technique. This one teaches smaller portions. Not really sure it works independent of a sound diet, but I am trying it and so far it works.
One rule: Everytime you eat, throw away at least one or two bites BEFORE you start eating. For example, if you open a small bag of chips, immediately throw away 2 or 3 chips. You won't miss them. If you open a kit kat bar, throw away one bar, or 1/2 bar, you won't miss it. I ate french fries last night and threw away 5 before I started. I didn't miss them. Surprisingly, this does work.
Okay, I am not for wasting food, so now I am starting to share instead of throw away. Either way it is off my plate.
What food / recipe / tool / technique has helped you on this journey?
