My goal is to list at least three blessings every day.
Here are today's blessings:
1. I met my activity goal yesterday. Day 1 of being back on track.
2. Even though I was grumpy yesterday, I got a lot accomplished.
3. I am starting to feel normal and in sync again.
4. Family, friends, and faith.
