A few things have changed in my life since I have incorporated a healthy lifestyle.
First, my clothes are loose. My jeans fit much better and a skirt I started sewing in autumn was 10cm to wide around my waist.
Second, the sweet cravings have stopped. I haven't eaten sugar for 3 weeks now (except of one or two fruits per day), and it feels SO good.
Lastly, I really feel lighter (and I am!).
