Ok, I did my first weigh in of the new year and HOLY HELL, I am happy! I came home and started a notebook to really track my progress I was so excited! I like 2.25 inches off my waist, 1.5 inches off my hips, an inch off of my stomach, and a quarter of an inch of my bust! WOO HOO! Needless to say, I need very little motivation to workout tonight! I gained a little weight, but look at the inches I lost! YAY!

ok, so I have this water bottle that holds about 10 cups of water. Awesome! So I measure 8 cups and have been steadily drinking it all day. Dude! I have 35 more minutes left of the school day and I have to pee sooooo bad!!!!

However, I only have 2 more cups of water to go, so there is a silver lining to the black cloud! LOL

    Water is so amazing in the diet game. I first started and saw that I drank almost no water at all. As soon as I got good at getting at least 8 cups in a day I dropped pounds almost daily.

Ok, so I started feeling bad this evening. Tonight I just felt like crap. I wasn't going to use that as an excuse, so I got on my tredmill and started walking.

Oh damn! My stomach got worse! I tried to do my crunched and weight training after that. OH NO! I just couldn't do it. I had to stop.

I feel like crap because I stopped, but I just hurt so much.

I was doing so well, too.


I'll keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow and Saturday!


4 Days After New Years and Trying to Keep Going

I'll be honest, I didn't make a New Years Resolution. I mean, has anyone ever kept one? So I just decided, resolutions aside, that I was going to get this weight off.

I'll admit that I don't have a lot of weight to loose, but it's enough to bother me. So far I've been working out everyday. The tredmill in the living room just stares at me in want, and the weights and resistance bands taunt me. So to stop their silent, but ever annoying rant of "Use ME! You're FAT!" I have managed to keep this going! YAY for me!

I've been eating healthy, too. I made Spinach Soup (thanks Rachael Ray) the other day, and tonight is pasta. Tomorrow we're going out toeat Sushi, but that is amazingly good for you, especially if your a vegetarian and can only eat meatless ones.

The hard thing is waiting for the results. I'm so impatient. I want immediate results, but I'll just have to live with slow results and the annoyance of the scale. Sigh.
