Just as its up to us to decide what we eat or how often we exercise, we decide how friends, family, and loved ones treat us during this journey. Most will cheer you on while others may feel indifferent to the positive changes taking place with you physically and emotionally. As for me, I have created a great support system for myself. There are those that are having issues with the more confident and assertive me I am becoming. This journey is teaching me to be selfish enough to put my health and needs first. To stop the negative emotions that have caused me to people please or to sit by in silence and not be seen cause of my weight. No more!! I'm here and I am worthy and I am taking back my control!! To all my Spark Family, I dare you to take control and be a little selfish today!!


Spurts of Movements Throughout The Day...

Today was a good day for movement. At work I got in a very fast paced 5 minute aerobic routine. Then when I got home did Leslie Sansone 1 mile express and then right before dinner did Leslie Sansone 500 steps which is about 5 minute's. So today I had gotten in 30 minutes without really knowing. What are some other ways you Sparker's rack up exercise throughout the day? emoticon

Besides my intentional exercise on the treadmill or running outside, I park a little farther at stores, always takes the stairs and try to get in as many steps as I can during the day.
