On June 9, 2012, I injured my foot at work. I currently have a lawsuit going in order to get the settlement I deserve. I've basically used my sore foot (yes, even after a year it's still sore) as an excuse to not exercise. The last Dr. I saw said that I'm okay to exercise on it, and although it may cause it to be sore, it will not do any more damage. Of course I've procrastinated. Since then I had a scooter accident (July 1, 2013) and cracked the radial head in my left elbow. I've been off work since it happened because I'm not allowed to lift more than 8 oz. with my left arm.
All this being said, I'm tired of not being able to push my body like I used to! I so enjoyed the way I felt physically, mentally, and even spiritually when I was working out regularly. So now I'm gonna Walk It Out! Back on the Wii and ready to sweat! I may not be able to do much strength training because of my bum arm, but I can certainly walk and run!
