I do love the mountains, I also hiked our little local one yesterday with the husband. I said we should run, and he said, we could hike instead, and I said "yay!"
We do have to run today: 6 miles on the agenda! It will happen. Half marathon in 3 months!
Weight yesterday: 169.8 and today: 170.4 The first of those was after the camp sleepover night, and yesterday we may have had wings and waffle fries for dinner, homemade though, so broiled instead of deep fried. Either way, considering, that's not half bad. I should be able to be good today and tomorrow. Tomorrow we both have off for the 4th, but currently we have no plans anyway.
Speaking of plans, I need to make some dinner ones for this week.
Sunday: Impossible cheeseburger pie
Monday: Oregano chicken, roasted potatoes, broiled tomatoes and cheese, salad
Tuesday: Pad Thai
Thursday: Cheesy chicken, rice, and broccoli/zucchini
Friday: Italian of sorts
I cannot wait for camp to start on Tuesday!!!!! I'm hoping it gets me moving too so I can stop dancing around 170 and actually lose weight.
Onward and upward!
