Well, I think today will be a better day than yesterday because I already feel more awake. I don't know what it is sometimes that cause my brain to act like it cannot function, but yesterday was that day. I think my brain came around by dinner though, and today it appears to be working.
I made a nice hash for dinner last night. I used breakfast sausage, onion, red and purple potatoes, and diced tomatoes in bacon grease and spiced with Mrs. Dash and salt. Closest thing to breakfast-for-dinner the, husband will let me get away with! Salad on the side.
Did my yoga and legs/shoulders strength yesterday. Today will be a few rounds of Wii bowling, a run with the husband, and more strength. I'm behind on strength, so I may do a double round later.
Today is Free Comic Book Day! We're going to check out the fun at our loval comic and game store. We're also going to see Thor. I'm excited for both things. Should also keep me busy and not munching.
Okay. I'm planning for a great weekend on all counts.

Friday morning, woohoo!
I'm still doing decently on the exercise and eating. Not awesomely, but decently. Today is a fast day and I didn't eat last night so I should have a nice long 22 hour fast.
I've been having some annoying allergic reaction lately to something that is refusing to go away and starting to make me crazy. My eyes have been nonstop itchy for almost two weeks. I've had similar reactions at the start of spring before, but not for this long or this bad. Maybe I developed a new allergy. Whatever, it's annoying.
I ran yesterday, 2 miles in the morning and almost 3 in the afternoon with the husband. At least he ran. We have a half-marathon October 1st. Therefore I figure our training schedule should have us running 12 miles by 9/1, 9 miles by 8/1, 6 miles by 7/1, and 4 miles by the end of this month.
Today is fabulous Friday, and I don't know what I'm doing for myself yet, but I don't have anywhere to go, so it should be a nice, relaxing evening.
Okay, off to accomplish something today.

Seriously guys, it's Thursday! Where's my accountability buddies? I haven't posted since Saturday!
I'll spare you all the gory details. I was out of town Sunday/Monday but other than that I think I've been pretty good about everything. I'm way more in control of snacking and I've been exercising. I'm kind of still in catch-up mode in my life but since I have nowhere to go for a while, I should be able to get that under control by next week.
Right now, I'm going off on a run pretty soon, so that will be nice. However, the temperature is 42F so that's a but chilly. Oh well, it's not freezing. I'll take that.
It's Thankful Thursday and I'm thankful for online television like Hulu and Netflix because I've been doing kickboxing on them lately and it's fun to change it up. I'm also watching The Voice right now. It's fun. Also, a friend of mine from high school's little sister auditioned, she didn't make it though.

Well, it's definitely Saturday. I had a lazy early morning, then went shopping. Our famer's market is back, hooray! I got some potatoes, sprouts, fiddleferns, overwintered kale, and my favorite local cheese. Then, the check engine light in the car came on. I know, seriously! So, since it was only 10am and my husband was still sleeping, I dropped off the groceries and took the car to Firestone. It was only oxygen sensors, but those cost an annoying amount of money, though not a bank-breaking amount.
Then I made breakfast burritos and they were delicious.
Now, we're just chilling. I'm all about that. Oh, I also played my three rounds of Wii bowling this morning. I'm planning to drag the husband running in about an hour. Yay!
I think we're having Chinese for dinner tonight, and I need to do my short but tough strength training later too.
Okay. I like lazy Saturdays!

So, yesterday was pretty good. I biked inside in the morning due to it being super wet outside. I did my chest/triceps/abs strength routine, and I didn't go overboard on junky foods. Today, I have already done my yoga and will do my strength back/biceps tonight.
Today is Fabulous Friday, and I intend to take a break in the middle of my workday to attend UMass's Appreciation Day, so that will be nice. Then, I get a relaxing evening at home, which has been untrue of recent Friday's, so I'll totally take that.
Okay, not much else to talk about today. I'm off!
