Today I did Fat Blasting Cardio with Lisa K, 35 min. and the ab workout from Firm Hips, Thighs and Abs with Pam, 9 min.
I'm still sore from Saturday's workout.
My hamstrings, inner thighs and chest are sore from that last workout.
I guess I can use this journal to keep track of my workouts since I can never remember what I've done. Yesterday it was Maximum Body Shaping with Tracie Long, 45 min.
