So I fell off the wagon, but I'm back! I know I need to learn to not let stress effect my eating and exercise habits because that's what happened this time. I got super busy and super stressed and WHAMMO! my weight came right back. But I got a new position at work in a different building that has a gym. I went yesterday and did 15 minutes on the elliptical machine. I will be doing more but I only had a short time to workout yesterday. I'm thinking I'll go with a co-worker everyday for 30 minutes and go after work a few days a week. If I do some exercise at home with my ball and hand weights, I should be fine!
I am going on a cruise in February and don't want to look like I do now.
I logged my food in today so far and am glad because it's a big wakeup call. I know I have eaten enough carbs today already but was glad to see that I still have room for dinner. In the future, I'll either skip the cheese on my sandwiches or have some fat free cheese on hand since the only slice I had today had 100+ calories in it, YUCK!!!
VERY WEIRD, this was not showing up and now it's here. Oh well, I'll leave both for now!
