Can you help me?

Hey there, this is off the topic of weight loss. I'm trying to help my brother raise money in order to get to the next level in a competition he is in and we are looking for donations. We only have til the end of June to raise $3000. Even if it's $5 could anyone spare a few bucks to help us out? Thank you so much!

    The info is in the link, his part is Graphic design and this is the 3rd competition the first he won silver the last he won gold and this one is to represent the state of florida, its called Skills USA, you can look it up if your interested. Thank you =)

First weigh in of 2013 *starting over* week 1

So since I'm starting over I'm gunna call this week 1 weigh in. I've been sick most of this week but tried to stay healthy with my choices of food, its hard when your sick you just don't care about anything healthy lol. I weighed in today at 187.6 which is a total of 12.6 gained since my wedding on Sept 8. So my first mini goal is to have that 12.6lbs lost by valentines day which is 4 days after my birthday and 4 day before my bday is the first time I actually started trying to lose weight with SP one year ago =) Feb 6, 2012 I've come a long way, too far to give up hope now. My goal for this year is to see 149 on the scale and to not longer be in the obese/overweight scale on the BMI calculator (even at 175 I was still considered over weight which makes me sad cuz I felt so good) Any how, here are my pics for my first weigh in of 2013. 38.6lbs to go to reach my overall goal!

    sure, i'm still trying to get my motivation back, this week has been a tough one... and i gained i know i haven't stayed on track with eating and i've been super stressed =( always a new beginning tomorrow right? lol

    We should be buddies since we have similar weight to lose. I was hovering between 177 and 179 in August (still hated it and knew I needed to do something), but imagine my surprise, displeasure, suicidal tendency when I weighed in yesterday at 188.7. Never in my life have I been this heavy and so many things are different, I snore/snort, it's more difficult to reach around back, ugh, I can't believe I'm here.     Don't give up dear. I have learn just few tiny numbers make difference from obese to overweight. I was been obese for almost 7 years. I started SP officially in dec 2011 & I lost 17 lb by June. No luck loosing after June but now I am overweight myself also. When I first weighted in June (after 6 month) I was still obese and after a week I weighted I lost 0.80 lb (No more weight loss anymore) and I am from obese to overweight.

Just work yourself slowly & steady and you will reach to healthy weight. Because 2013 is all about us & our goals. Take Care & Have a wonderful journey in weight loss

Miss me? I doubt it! Any ways so I'm back! Ready to take on this year by getting back on track to a healthy me after my 3 month break and gaining back 15 on those 55lbs I worked so hard to lose =( Eating out every day will do that to you I guess. =/ but oh well no one to blame but myself and if I lost it once I can sure as hell do it again right? YEP! My goal is still to hit 150 this year, I think I'm going to make my goal date for that my one year wedding anniversary which is Sept 8, 2012. That would put me having to lose 40lbs by then since when I weighed myself I weighed 190, but I'm hoping some of that was water weight and with eating good for a few days hopefully my starting weight will be less.. but I'll get that and pictures on Friday, which will be my new weigh in days. I'm so happy I was able to use SP to reach my goal of 50lbs down and actually surpass that by my wedding day so I can look back and be happy with what I achieved for myself that day. =) Well heres to a new year and a better me! HAPPY NEW YEAR SP FRIENDS

    Yup, eating out is a killer!! I found that out last August when
I was living in a hotel for a month when my MIL passed away. Even trying to eat healthy, its still too much sodium and you eat more food then you normally would, plus the yummy deserts, jeeze!

Catching yourself before you gain it ALL back is a major help. You'll lose it again.

Wedding Pics, and an update.. i'm still alive!

So yes I have fallen down but I'm getting back up, so don't count me out yet, I am starting over fresh and new in January, I'm not even going to set myself up for failure trying to start now, right before christmas! lol but I did it, I met my goal by my wedding and that is what matters to me, but I still have 30+lbs i want to lose so I'm going to meet that new goal in 2013 =) Here are some wedding pics =)

I need motivation! HELP!

I'm falling and i cant get up! ahhh i need some motivation now that I don't have a wedding to lose weight for i can't bring myself to get back on track to lose the last 30lbs i wanna lose. i could make every excuse in the world but none of them are good enough i've just lost my motivation.. i did sooo good the months coming up to my wedding and lost 55lbs from feb 6 til my wedding sept 8 which was awesome. but now that i don't have that to focus on and to get me back on track when i start to stray i see myself going back down the road that got me to 230lbs.. somebody slap me lol ugh

    Thanks guys i have to get my mind back in gear.. I worked out yesterday for the first time in a couple weeks it made me feel better so hoping that i can keep it up!

    Having hard motivation reasons, like a wedding, or trip, tend to be not lifestyle changing habits. Find something motivational to you that is related to your lifestyle. How you feel? Fitting into clothes? Sleeping better?

Then, set yourself some mini goals and you will be off and running.

    You need to focus on continuing to look and feel great. Remember if you go back you'll feel lousy and gain weight.You enjoy feeling healthier. You want to continue to look great for your new husband, right?

C'mon, you are a grown up and all married now. You did such a great job getting ready for your wedding, now you need to get ready for your Life and Marriage. Set a new goal. I bet you could smack down those 30 pounds by your first Anniversary!

How amazing would that feel, to be at goal weight and looking even better than your wedding day? How healthy and strong could you be by next September?
