In the past 5 days I have walked 2 miles, raked the yard, drank about 7 bottles of water, had ZERO Debbie snacking cakes, ZERO macaroni and cheese, 3 mega salads and ZERO heart burn ....

My first day with SparkPeople

Well - I'm surely hoping just one person can give me the courage I need to take the first step and get on the scales.... I am soooo nervous. I am ready to lose weight and I can not do it alone. I don't want to be a default story, I want to be a success story. When I get on the scales in the morning, I want that number to be the highest number I ever produce on a set of scales.... Someone, anyone please help motivate this couch potato.....

    Bottom line, you are so worth it !! Get up jump around, do anything you put your mind to. Television bores me to tears, and takes away precious mins from me otherwise spent enjoying some fitness activity. New old hobby, jumping rope works for me. When I started all over again two left feet. But you know, when I laugh at myself, it also burned the calories !!! Love Sparkpeople, love doing this all for me. Look around the site, there are wonderful recipes, fantastic workouts, the best teams ever. You will have the support you need here . Come on gurl you can do it !!

    You can do this IF you want it bad enough . How bad do you want it? I am starting over, I reset my gym up again tonight. This is now or never, I am going to do this & so are you!! No more excuses. I want my pencil skirts back, No more mushroom hanging on my stomach!!!! Come on lets get this done, there is so much support on sparks the only thing holding us back is ourselves. Is it the fear if when we do meet our goals we are going to go back to the way we were & we secretly say to our selves what's the use??? Not me this time ready set go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
